The tour includes portions of the Promenade, overlooking the sites where all the decisions that controlled the vast Oregon Territory were made. Bring your hand held equipment. | | | Historic Canemah Cemetery Tour | | Sunday, March 11th- 3:45p.m. | | | | The historic Canemah Pioneer Cemetery lies about a half a mile walk down what was the old wagon road for settlers moving further down the valley. The Cemetery is only available with special permission from the association that runs it, so this is a rare opportunity to explore a cemetery populated by some of the people that were part of Oregon’s heritage. The road is not smooth, so wear good shoes and dress for the weather. Paranormal entities are not always reliable but you just may have your very own paranormal experience. We are not charging for this tour, but ask our guests to contribute something to the Canemah Cemetery Association to assist with the maintenance of this treasure.
