| The table below sets forth the rates for standard king or 2 queen guest rooms set aside by Hotel for Group’s use during the Official Event Dates (“Guest Room Block”). Please note that the room block may consist of a mixture of King and 2 Queen rooms. Requests for specific not standard room types or suites must be made in advance and we will do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability and are subject to higher rates based on room type requested. Any rooms not reserved by the cut off date of Friday, March 10, 2023 will be released and reservations will be based on availability. |

| Reservation Method |

| Hotel recommends using a web-based reservation system to make room reservations. Reservations may be made, modified or cancelled by attendees via a group code provided by Hotel, and the privacy policy of the host of such code shall apply. Reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date Friday, March 10, 2023. Seaside Lodging LLC provides two options for group room reservations: |
