| Each guest will provide credit card information at the time the reservation is made to secure their room. Individually each guest will be responsible for payment of all room charges and incidentals. Guest must show valid ID and credit card at time of check in. |

| CANCELLATION: |

| Individual reservations are subject to the hotel’s standard cancelation policy which is cancelations 24 hours prior to arrival (4pm the previous day) will not be charged a penalty. Cancelations under 24 hours are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of one night’s room rate. |
