About

Hello, I am Sonia Jorgensen, and I founded Spirit2Spirit in 2021 with a deep desire to return the body, mind and soul back to balance. As a child I had experiences which opened my eyes to who we are as a spiritual energetic being, and as an adult I have continued to study and practice my craft to further refine my skills. I am a Shamanic Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, and Psychic/Medium. I hold a master's degree in nursing, and I am a certified HeartMath™ Trauma-Informed Practitioner. Much of my career has been in executive healthcare leadership, and in the last few years I have transformed that experience into creating my leadership coaching practice alongside my equine partners. My Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Coaching background includes Natural Lifemanship Level I, Masterson Method Equine Specialist (MMES) Certification, and TeachingHorse LLC Certification for executive leadership coaching. This unique combination of formal training and spiritual practices gives me a wide range of experience and abilities to support you with what you seek to balance and achieve in life. My main focus is on developing our natural gifts and abilities to create a supportive community. I focus heavily on emotional intelligence, connection to ourselves and our communities, leadership, mindfulness, and spiritual health and wellbeing, to prepare us to heal our wounds and evolve ourselves and our communities. There is so much more out there than what we can see with the eyes, much of it must be felt through the heart.
